Meet the Client Account Managers
The Client Account Managers (CAMs for short) perform a key role in providing ongoing client service and supporting the Advisers to deliver advice. Every client has their own dedicated CAM.
The CAMs collate information from your confidential fact find and from product providers to keep track of what you have. They input information to compile reports, summaries and valuations and prepare documents for client reviews.
CAMs process client’s applications for policies and investments. They correspond with product providers; track the progress of requests, changes and queries. CAMs are very knowledgeable and experienced and are the first point of contact for any questions about financial processes and procedures.
